How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are handcrafted and processed in 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time. Once your order ships. you'll receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We proudly offer free local pickup in West Point, Utah.

Simply select Local Pickup at checkout  or use code LOCAL to remove shipping costs. We'll contact you when your order is ready.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! We love creating custom products.

Home Fragrance

What makes Fleekroots home fragrance products different?

Our home fragrance products are handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients and carefully selected fragrance oils. We focus on creating high-quality products that fill your home with long-lasting fragrance while maintaining the craftmanship and attention to detail you expect from a small business.

Are your home fragrance products pet and child friendly?

Yes! We carefully formulate our home fragrance products using 100% soy wax and premium phthalate-free fragrance oils. We choose high-quality ingredients with your home in mind.

While our products are designed to be enjoyed in homes with children and pets, they should always be used as directed. Keep wax warmers, candles, room sprays, and other fragrance products out of reach of children and pets, and never allow pets or children to ingest any home fragrance product. At Fleekroots, your family's safety and your homes comfort are just as important to us as creating amazing fragrances.

Are your wax products made with soy wax?

Yes! Our wax melts, squeezable wax, scoopable wax, and candles are all made using 100% soy wax.

We never use paraffin wax in our handcrafted wax products, and we're committed to using quality ingredients you can feel good about bringing into your home. 

How do I use Squeezable Soy Wax?

Simply squeeze your desired amount of wax into your wax warmer. Adjust the amount to achieve your preferred fragrance strength.

Once the fragrance has faded, allow the wax to cool before removing and replacing it with fresh wax.

How long does the fragrance last?

Fragrance longevity depends on the scent, warmer temperature, room size, and how much wax is used. Most customers enjoy many days of fragrance from a single use.

3D Printed Products

Some of our products are original Fleekroots designs, while others are produced under commercial licenses from talented designers. Every product is professionally printed, inspected, and finished before it leaves our shop.

Can I request a custom color?

In many cases, yes!

If you'd like a different color that what's shown, send us a message before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event your order is received damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label. We also ask that you file a damage claim with the shipping carrier, as damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the courier. We'll gladly assist you throughout the claims process if needed.

Do you accept returns?

Because many of our products are handcrafted and personalized, returns are not accepted. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us-we're committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase.
