-Once the shirt is out of my hands and with the carrier (I provide shipping confirmation and tracking info), you will need to contact the carrier regarding your shipment. If the item becomes lost, you would need to contact the carrier to file a claim with them. 

There are times when a certain color of shirt becomes sold out at the wholesale supplier. If I unable to get the color wanted, I will message you with options. You may choose a different shirt color, wait until the color becomes back in stock (I will check regularly)or I can refund you. Thank you for your understanding!
